A Little More About Our Practice

Insurance & Payment

We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. We also offer flexible financing through ChaseHealthAdvance and SpringStone for patients who qualify.

We are in-network providers for most PPO dental insurance plans. We ask that you bring your card and information with you on your first visit, and we might confirm this information at subsequent visits to ensure that our records stay current. As a courtesy to you, we will file and track all claims for you and provide postage for special claims. Please remember that your insurance policy is a contract between your employer, your insurance company and you, and that you are responsible for the payment of all professional fees, regardless of the extent of insurance coverage.

A Clean & Safe Office

We abide by all ADA and OSHA recommended standards for a clean and safe dental practice. We have a dedicated sterilization area where every instrument is disinfected and made ready before your visit, and we thoroughly sanitize each room between patients. We also perform weekly spore testing with a third party infection control center. Your safety is our top priority!

Education & Credentials

We fulfill our responsibility to continuing education by regularly attending seminars, lectures and clinical courses to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in treatment procedures and technology. We are constantly seeking new ways to better care for you and your family.

Information & Accommodations

We empower you to make educated decisions about your oral health and smile enhancements through thorough information and individual consultations. We also take the time to stay fully informed about your medical history, current medications and other factors that might affect your dental health and treatment possibilities.

Kid Friendly & Kid Sensitive

At Spring Hills Family Dentistry, we take an extra gentle and friendly approach to caring for our pediatric patients. Children’s dental habits such as improper brushing and finger sucking are of primary concern to us, because  they can seriously affect the development and appearance of a child’s smile. We understand that these habits must be treated with sensitivity and patience, especially for children who feel scared of or uneasy about dental visits. Our calming and compassionate manner will help your child (and you) feel more at ease.
